Distressed Black is a new color that was announced at Bacchus last year.

The new color, which sold out in an instant on the ordering site and disappeared from store shelves the same day, is now finally available at Diadema.

This black gradation was previously available as col. 05 for Diadema and Bacchus.
The color has been highly praised for its unique finish, which smoothly transitions from matte black to glossy black.
However, the production was extremely difficult, and even skilled craftsmen found it difficult to ensure a stable supply, so unfortunately the color was discontinued.
Since then, the Taylor team has been searching for a successor color, but the answer has not been easy to find.
One day, a casual comment from designer Wakita-san gave birth to the seed of a new black color, and after repeated trials with a partner factory, the successor color, "Damaged Black," was born.

- The distressed texture that Taylor with Respect has been using since its early days has finally been applied to black.

Its unique inorganic quality, neither matte nor glossy, is striking.
