[Fastest Commentary] TAYLOR WITH RESPECT 25SS hoop

Thank you for always patronizing TAYLOR WITH RESPECT.

This is Taniguchi from Sowell.

The new model of 2025SS has 3 types in total. There are also explanatory articles on

fog and merge, so if you haven't done so yet, please take a look after this.

Minimal Boston, the model name is hoop (hoop) .

_________

First of all, specs...

Model name: hoop (Hoop)

Size: 46□20-140

Material:Titanium / ꞵ Titanium

Color options: All 5 colors

The brand's lightest

Hoop, named after the rim shape that resembles the grooves of a wheel, is the first model to use the new S-line temple design.

Although it is the brand's lightest frame, it has many features never seen before, such as an original bridge with increased strength due to 4-point welding, and a redesigned drumstick tip.

Actually, this hoop is the memorable TAYLOR WITH RESPECT 50th type.

A large newcomer has joined the 50th model.

There is so much to talk about with this model, so I will introduce each point.

I tried to write articles that are quick to read, but this one might be a little longer than usual...I hope you'll take a look at it when you have time.

①NEW Temple

Up until now, Taylor's metal hands have all used the same thing.

However, this hoop uses a new temple made from a new mold.

There are many differences from the current version, and there are three main differences.

1. The temple length has been shortened by 4mm to match the slightly smaller front with a length of

The temple length has been shortened by 4mm to match the slightly smaller front size of 46□20.

Even if you make a good bend when adjusting it, it will not look awkward when folded.

Of course, the range of bending is wide, and it can be adapted to people with small faces without any problems.

2. Thickness

The S line part is 0.1mm thicker than the current one.

It's not noticeable at all visually, but if you regularly adjust your Taylor, you may notice it with your fingertips.

It looks like it has increased rigidity, and has a more comfortable hold than its delicate appearance.

3. Temple end

This is the most obvious change.

The brand icon "T" is placed on the left and right, and the shape of the tip is thinner.

Another point is that the expressions differ depending on the color.

②Coloring

The "goodness" can be seen especially on the front.

hoop (hoop), as the name suggests, was named after the shape of the wheel.

When you represent the rim in cross section, it looks exactly like a ``concave'' shape.

This shape shows its true value in coloring.

◎col.02 Let's take antique gold as an example.

First, gold plating is applied to the entire surface as a base, and antique-style gun plating is applied from above.

Then, the gun plating on the surface is removed to make it antique gold, but in the process, the gun plating in the recesses of the rim is not removed and remains, creating a color difference like masking.During this process, the gun plating in the dents on the rim is not removed and remains, creating a difference in color similar to masking..

Also, of the 5 colors, 4 colors other than col.05 matte black are shirred, giving a sophisticated impression.

*Shirring is a type of treatment that enhances the texture of metal, and is a method of creating a scratched hairline. Most of Taylor's metals, including hoops, are shirred, giving them a unique sense of luxury.

③Price

Taylor's reference retail price is ¥55,000 (tax included) for basic all-metal items such as sole and diadema.

Even if it is cheaper than those, trim or bagua costs ¥48,400...

This time's hoop costs¥39,600 (tax included).

It's rude to talk about the price too much, but I think the price of 30,000 yen is amazing considering it's made by our company.

S Of course, it is equipped with line temples and cloud pads, but we have devised the coloring to differentiate it in the price range, and specifically, we have not done any gradation or distressed processing.

I hope people will recognize that we are trying to differentiate ourselves there.

A word from the designer Waki・・・

"We used a unique rim line that we have never used before. We have adopted an original bridge with 4 points to increase strength, and original temples with a new design for the drumsticks and a size that is 4 mm shorter. This is a small and simple model that can be used by people with small faces and those with high myopia."

_________

Above, the new hoop This was an introduction.

It's been a long time, but thank you for reading until the end.

Although it is a minimal model, it is a new model with attractive new parts and price.
